I am so impressed with Bill Boege and Gen, Jose and Amy. They all know me and all the customers by name and they greet you by name and that is so important. Makes one feel important. They also take the time to talk to you, one doesn't feel rushed out the door. Price? Price is always good, They are always fair and often you don't feel like you were scalped like you do when you are finished at other shops. They generally come in right at or lower than the estimate.
