Me and some other tenants got our very expensive bike stolen from the garage. The thieves walked right in. This building has security from the 90’s with no cameras in the garage and the garage door always gets stuck wide open all night for someone to just stroll in. Management seems to not care or do anything about it all. I know other people have written emails and called. When I said someone broke into the garage there reply was “we know”. Wish I moved into a properly maintained and managed facility.
Building management is terrible to non existent. Least modernized building in the area. Walls are paper thin. No cameras in the most important areas! This building gets hit by thieves constantly whether it’s stealing the mail and packages or going into the garage and breaking into peoples cars and or taking locked up bikes ! Garage doors stay open over night so if you like your property secure this is not the place. management has been told multiple times and issues continue to happen. Beware of this place.
