We sent over multiple messages almost every day for two weeks, and could never get a call or email back. Only after calling them and bombarding every line did we finally get a hold of someone and schedule a viewing. This company is the worse! As a resident of a property for 4years, every year in the beginning of the winter the hot water goes out, and the representatives claim that they have the part to fix the problem but it turns out it isn’t so! Right now as I speak I have no hot water , it’s been 9 days that I have been showering out of a pot of heated water! There seems to be a real lack of communication between the management team, landlords, and tenants. We would go months without answers to our requests. Completely unprepared and unprofessional despite our own professionalism and being organized as they firstly gave us the incorrect lease to sign, then had us resign a lease to later see what we signed was altered.
