Terrible property management. They do not communicate with tenets over disputes and will not work with you.
We sent over multiple messages almost every day for two weeks, and could never get a call or email back. Only after calling them and bombarding every line did we finally get a hold of someone and schedule a viewing. We were told they only had one person who could do viewings and after finally scheduling a viewing for 20 days out, we get a text saying our viewing has been canceled because the property is now being rented out. This company is the worse! As a resident of a property for 4years, every year in the beginning of the winter the hot water goes out, and the representatives claim that they have the part to fix the problem but it turns out it isn’t so! Right now as I speak I have no hot water , it’s been 9 days that I have been showering out of a pot of heated water!
