This review is for the Propel supply location at Chevron in Fremont at Paseo Padre and Stevenson. No Propel diesel has been available for many months now but they still have the Propel sign up advertising the Propel diesel fluid. The Propel Diesel pump is covered up with a yellow bag of some sort with a message that pump is “out of service” or something similar.
