I’m an athlete in my 30s and I’ve been to 4 different podiatrists over the last 3-4 years with chronic ankle pain from an old injury. All they did was order X-rays (which showed nothing abnormal) and told me to rest. Dr Nair is the first podiatrist who analyzed my gait, my measured the flexibility of my surrounding muscles and created custom padding for my inserts to correct my foot position in my shoes, and gave me specific exercises to do at home. Dr. Nair is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever seen. I've been angry for years over a visit with another podiatrist who had told me there was nothing I could do to improve my feet other than surgery. I knew that wasn't true and I am appalled such a doctor could be in practice! Dr. Nair has immediately offered ways to work with me that will improve the health of my feet, my balance and my overall comfort and ability to stay mobile. She's also warm and welcoming! I just can't recommend her highly enough!
