The most amazing Cycle studio I've been too. I've been to them all, and Propel has something special. I can't explain it. They just give so much more than a workout and I have never quite felt the same anywhere else. If you want a workout. Go there. If you want a better life. Go there. If you want to be happy with yourself. Go there. It's everything I'd ever want in a Gym and more.

The classes are fun and fast paced. The instructors are helpful and encouraging and do a great job incorporating all experience levels. They provide you with a sweat towel at the beginning of the ride, and at the end of the ride, they brought a chilled towel for the cool down. They have rental shoes to clip into the pedals, but they also have straps if you want to wear your own normal shoes. I am less used to clip-ins, but the instructor helped me get plugged in.
