I’ve had billing issues with pro path for over a year. I Get a phone call ever couple months about a debt needing to be collected. Well it’s kinda hard to pay a bill when I never receive one. I have called pro path myself to pay these “bills” I’ve never received. I have them repeat the address back every time and yet never receive an original bill just a phone call from a debt collector. Would not recommend unless you want to be dealing with the billing department months after your service.

Look at the other reviews - we all have the same issues … billing! They refuse to hire capable employees for the billing department. I will no longer be using any doctor or office that utilizes ProPath. I will also be reporting PP to the BBB and also to my insurance company. This is unacceptable stress that patients do not need! And wait for it… the automated response below.,. Fun times!

I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with ProPath Laboratories. Every time my OB-GYN sent something to them for testing, I ended up getting a bill—even though the services should have been covered by my insurance. Each time, I had to go through the exhausting process of contacting both ProPath and my insurance provider to sort it out. It took hours out of my day and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. First off I never approved or requested their services. That's a different fight with the doctor. The issue here is that They didn't send me a bill for something in December, until April well over 120 days after. And then when I attempted to pay was told I'd have to contact the collections agency they sent me to for non payment after 90 days. How pray tell was I supposed to pay this in 90 days if they didn't let me know until after 120 days? They claim their automated system sent me a letter every month I never received anyt... read more

This careless driver was driving 50 in a 20 school zone almost rear ended me! When I reach the light at Preston, I put my window down to let him know he was in the wrong also to slow down in the school zone and he put his window down and flip me off so I took a picture of the license plate. I’ve called the company several times to make a complaint and left messages. No one has returned my call.
