I have parked monthly at Fleetwood Garage (ProPark) for two years. In that time the monthly rate has been raised three times. None of the increases were communicated in advance by email or phone. The first notice was a higher charge, followed by emails saying the account was delinquent. Conditions have declined while prices went up. The garage is filthy. So far, paying close to $300 a month for street parking in a garage. They rent out space to some taxi company that has about out 7 men (none who are from the building) who stare at you as you go to your vehicle and then stare at the vehicle as it leaves at around 7AM. On some hours this is the only reasonable solution. Yes there are things I wish were better, but they are still good and for sure time savers.

We prepaid to park here for 2 days. We left our SUV here and Uber’d into Manhattan. Very safe area and both parking attendants I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Our SUV was just as we left it when we came back out of the city. The Uber took about 30mins or so and was about $60usd one way. I would park here again in a second!

The staff are so unprofessional, they have bad manners. Also they acts like they are not working using their phone while people are waiting to be help. We are not begging food we are paying for a service.
