I’ve been with Propago for a couple years now, and I can honestly say the therapists are the best in the business. As a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and holistic health coach, I am very in tune with my body and have a wide network of healthcare professionals I work with daily. My experience went like this: came in with pain, Mik manipulated the area to relieve the pain in real time, then *educated* me on how to efficiently strengthen and avoid said issue in the future. It's about healing *and* preventative care and is strictly therapeutic (no fluff, thank goodness). Highly recommend!
I had multiple cancelations from this company. When I expressed frustration in a kind and respectful manner that my appointments continue to be canceled the company did not respond in a professional manner, it was filled with excuses and defensiveness. Mik is the worst and I would not trust him. Please go somewhere else.
I’ve been getting massages with Propago for a while now. I am extremely active, working out 5 days a week and also doing construction work. They have been the best place hands down if you need deep tissue work to relieve pain and help aid in recovery. Noel has been my go to therapist and she is amazing!! Excellent massages from both Sam and Mik! I strength train twice a week and a monthly massage helps me stay injury free.
