ATTITUDES ARE BAD & TATTOOS ARE OVER PRICED ! – Don't believe all these other reviews ! This place may draw you in with it's fancy looks, but it's full of perverts. After waiting over 30 minutes for the artist to draw my design. The headache began. Best San Diego Tattoo Shop – Propaganda tattoo was voted best of the best in San Diego by City Search for their first shop in Point Loma so it was hard to believe they could improve on such a stellar operation. Their El Cajon shop, however, has done just that. Better artists, better service and safer environment than any tattoo shop in San Diego. I'm sure it will not be long before this shop wins the next Best of the Best award. Great job guys.
