I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 2 y/o and now at 27 y/o, this has easily been the most informative eye exam I’ve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend coming to Pro-Optix for any glasses/contact needs.
Stayed for almost an hour and got absolutely nothing done. Front desk was super rude when I didn’t want to do the exam my insurance doesn’t cover. When I’d ask a question about copay (this is my first time at this place and new insurance) she acted very bothered like I was dumb for clarifying costs before services were performed. They wanted my medical insurance even though they have my vision insurance and I thought that was a red flag since I am getting nothing whatsoever under medical insurance done.
