While Proofpoint (Cloudmark) is indeed a good product, the fact is that when you call them at this office or even headquarters, they never answer. They think the answering machine will do their job for them. That is an ethical issue they are having to deal with now because of the following: Tried to report a phish scam targeting Costco customers to Costco, Costco used Cloudmark/Proofpoint to bounce the message.
