I tried this spot at the recommendation of a friend. It is the perfect place to enjoy an evening. The food was amazing. The Spin&Kick dip was a great starter, and the truffle fries paired very well with the sliders. Dessert was my favorite part—the bread pudding with butter pecan ice cream was the star, but the Kentucky Silk pie and banana pudding were very close runners up. They have an impressive collection of bourbon, and excellent mocktails. Among my favorite places and I’m very glad I took the recommendation!

Came to Proof to celebrate a friends bday. The food was fantastic! I think we ordered every appetizer on the menu. We were a big group. Cocktails were good too. I dont remember our servers name. But he was so nice and friendly.
Amazing Gluten free options, the drummies were delicious. Only gluten free options on the dinner menu though, very few on the lunch menu. 10/10 rec
