I love proof for me is the best restaurant in Wilton drive , I have been there so many times and always is better than the last , I have to really mention Sidney is the best server , she is always so sweet and paying attention to detail , I love her attitude always smiling and making the service great , Thanks Sidney thanks Proof I will definitely coming back

I want to update my review because I truly appreciate how the owner handled my concerns. I originally left my review because I was disappointed with an issue involving drinks that I was charged for and the way the situation was handled at the time. However, after the owner responded to my review, he personally reached out and offered to accommodate me and make sure I was happy. Proof is a beautiful spot to recharge and fill your own cup! The food is absolutely delicious, the environment is welcoming and the service is top notch! Yummyy!!! It's priced perfectly for a night out alone, or a casual dinner with a partner or friends, and just fancy enough for a special occasion with your whole crew. The menu gets better all the time, so make sure to stop in regularly.

Fantastic food, drinks, and service! My husband and I just bought a condo here, this was our first stop on the strip. Ben and Jonathan made sure that we were well taken care of and provided. Great service & recommendations! We will definitely be back.
