Shame on this fancy venue and the people that run it! my cousin had his wedding there 2 weeks ago and they screwed up his venue and the preparation of the food and refused to do anything about not even a discount SHAME ON THEM! companies like this are suppose to stand by their name i am going to tell all my family to post on how unprofessional they handled my family
I attended a wedding on Saturday 07/19 that was catered by proof in the pudding and it was a total disaster. The Bride and Groom paid over $5,000 for simple appetizers of veggie trays & crackers with the main entry of a selection of pizzas. They were supposed to arrive at 4pm to start prepping the pizzas in their food truck to have dinner ready by 7pm. We had an incredible experience with Proof of the Pudding for our alumni dinner! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and truly enjoyable. Nicole Bernier was our main contact, and she was amazing—kind, patient, super helpful, and always communicative. She made the planning process so easy. The on-site staff was also fantastic.
