I have worked with Proof of the Pudding for many years as a prom coordinator. They never disappoint. This year I had a linen emergency, and Darnell came through for me. The food was amazing, and the service is top-notch!
Proof of the pudding does the concessions at the Memphis event center, and apparently they do not like for you to take the survey after you pay 😂. This is not professional at all
Nicole and POP team did an excellent job for my family member's Celebration of Life event at Tellus Museum on Monday, March 3, 2025. Proof of the Pudding provided a reception style light bites menu/beverages for all those that came to celebrate the life and legacy of my wonderful brother in law, Dr. Thomas Gilbert. Proof of Pudding is by far one of the BEST caterers I have the privilege of working with as an event planner. Whether it is a wedding, networking event, or gala...they never disappoint. Not only is their food delicious, their service and attention to detail goes unmatched. From the proposal process to the execution of event day, they truly take care of you. Cannot recommend this company enough!
