Proof of the Pudding provided a FANTASTIC meal for our daughter’s wedding at the Carlos Center. From start to finish they were professional, accommodating and provided a lot of cuisine choices. Our tasting was so much fun and the food was fantastic. The wedding guests kept going back for more food and raved about the cuisine.
