This business is a great concept for giving new restaurant operators to prove their concept. We have dined twice so far with Templetons @Proof and had a great experience on both occasions. The food selection for dinner was well thought out and had something for all tastes in our party. The bar is operated by the building owners and is well stocked with a fine selection of wines, beers and cocktails.
