While overall the wash job was satisfactory, they ruined the black plastic molding on my Mazda CX-5 by using too much white polish stuff that later dripped down from the door handles when it rained and onto the molding, discoloring it. While they did a redo saying they could apply something to the molding, it obviously was just a temporary fix.
