RecommendedProfessional staff and they take pride in their work. David Adams (owner) went the extra mile to drive me to Auto Zone so I could purchase another car battery that went out on me while having my car washed, waxed and detailed. Thank you for rescuing with this unexpected speed bump. My car is always clean and looks shiny and new when leave ProntoWash Atlanta. I highly recommend them!

This place is amazing. David and his staff are very professional and my car never looked so good.
NEVER get your car washed here. Their website allowed me to book an appointment at their Battery location after it had been closed permanently. I made this appointment for the night before I was leaving for my wedding and made it so I was not able to get my car washed in time. The customer service representative was not exceedingly helpful and said that they could not get us in at any of their other locations. Had our car wash/waxed... they left lots of residue on the car and didn’t fully wipe down/off all areas. There were also several clear coat scratches all over the car. When we tried to speak with management, they were rude and showed very poor customer service. Will not be taking our car back!
