Great work and service! – We were selling our house in the south bay and wanted to give it a little face lift, so we hired Pronto Refinish to reglaze the bathtub. The technician came for an estimate and informed us they could also reglaze the tiles around the tub and the sinks and counter tops. Great Reglazing Company - quick, clean and fairly priced! This company from the office manager to the crew was absolutely wonderful. They were courteous, prompt, VERY clean, and thorough.. and best of all had the best pricing around. We called several other companies who were much more expensive or didn't even show up for the estimate!! The work was so great that we had both bathrooms done, referred them to our neighbors and my parents!!! Thank you Pronto!!!
unhappy homeowner The service stinks. I made an appointment directly with the owner, which he forgot to write down....the three hour window for the reglazing came and went...I had to track him down and finally, after shucking and jiving, the simple tub reglazing was completed six hours later. But the tech had forgotten to do something....scheduled an appt for them to fix, and they are nowhere to be found...no return calls...amazing they can conduct business this way. LOUSY!
Pronto Refinish reglazed our tile counter tops & they look great! We were going to replace the tile on our kitchen counter than found out about reglazing and gave it a try, mostly due to the cost savings compared to replacing and buying new tile. Pronto Refinish is and did great work! Wow, they transformed my old discolored bathtub into looking brand new! I didn't even know this process existed. Why replace something if you can make it look new at a nominal cost. Caroline
Great Reglazing! – I am beyond pleased with the work this company has done in my bathroom. They saved me a lot of money because I was going to buy a new bathtub, but someone suggested reglazing...which I had never heard of. I did some research and found this wonderful company. It now appears that I have a brand new bathroom!
