Terrible company, pretty clearly just trying to maintain their contract with all of the apartment buildings they have them with. They give nonspecific times on showing up and incredibly constraining requirements to show up. When you have an infestation they take 3 to 6 months of once a week visits to spray minimum. Many of the staff members (not all) are incredibly rude dismissive and highly unprofessional.
