They are very knowledgeable, show up when they say they will and work closely with our group to make sure the bugs are eradicated. Jamie especially is a great "bug detective" and creative and diligent in making sure the right treatment is used. He's also kind, patient and a terrific educator. They stand behind their work and show great integrity with follow up. Residents were afraid to sleep in their beds a few months ago; it's so much calmer now; thank goodness and thank Pronto.

My appointment slot was from 10-11 as I have an elderly cat I can’t shut up for 8 hours and they bring a scent dog. They still aren’t here at 12:30 and I’m now late for work. They did not reply to or communicate with the office until 11:40, said it was a miscommunication and they’d be right there, according to my apartment office. They haven’t arrived yet.
