I went in to ask about a certain issue that I had with my car and Sergio, one of the techs there, gave me great service and helped me understand some issues that I hadn't seen. The service was friendly, polite, and truly seemed like he was trying to give me a helping hand. Go ahead and ask for Sergio, he will help you out no matter the problem!
I've been coming here for years for multiple vehicles for many different types of services. The crew is very knowledgeable. I always get my oil changes or inspections done here, even a few other jobs that I know they can handle that other places would overcharge. Highly recommend this spot.

I've been looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop in El Paso for years. Finally found it at Pronto Lube J&A Lube. They do oil changes, tune ups, diagnostics so basically everything. Family owned, honest, and fast. My whole family brings their cars here now.
