I was going in just to have my mail forwarded to a PO Box number and the lady available at the location couldn't speak a word of English. I myself am Hispanic but I don't speak Mexican so it made the experience bad and got worse when she said I was gonna be charged a $10 fee to get it set up....and I told her she wasnt supposed to be charging me for that. Horrible service today. First off, the girl at the desk had her makeup out of her purse all over the desk. Very unprofessional. Then I was told there was a 2$ fee to swipe my card but have never in the year that I have been coming here charged that fee. So I will left without paying.I tried sending an e-mail so I didn't have to voice my disappointment publicly but the address on the website is obsolete. Veaney is wonderful. She has great customer service and greats me by name as soon as I come in the door. She is a major asset and fairly new to the Valley Hi location.
