If I can rate a zero star I would but I guess I have to put a one star!! I just spoke with an Ana and she was very rude!! All I wanted was to cancel my renewal policy and right away she said it will be a $150.00 cancellation fee. I even told her that they already pulled out from my bank account $247.00 for January. With us crazy that we haven't even finished December. She said that she call gave someone call me but not until January 3 or 4 with is unbelievable. Pesimo servicio por parte de todos los que trabajan… pague 480 down payment. El 17 de sep y me cortaron 10 dia me pusieron el pago el dia 7 de cada mes. Jamas te explican eso porfavor no compren azeguransa aqui con ellos eso sin mencionar las fee que te cobran ellos nomas por agarrar el pago…. Ballan a otras azegurancas porfavor no la compren aqui…
They called me on Oct 1 to remind me on that same day I got my bill and it's not due till Oct 9. Then on Oct 2 they called me again what are they money hungry we are barely getting our ssi paid. Come on people. So next day I let them have it.
