Experience was good. Only problem was they kept my paperwork...bill of sale. Said they needed it.
Pronto has been a great insurance company for me so far .. I have had opportunities to change to other insurances company but I haven't because my daughter was in a car accident last year and I didn't have not one problem with them nor with the insurance from the other person and mind you they did find my daughter at fault and their customer service was very pleasant and understanding with all questions ..I highly recommended Anyone to them
