Excellent company. On schedule. They took the time to clean both the inside and outside of the dryer. From start to finish, the owner was professional. I was saved from a fire because he took the time to explain the process. Given the amount of time and effort he put into the job, the price was very reasonable. They send reminders prior to the cleaning as well as for subsequent cleanings. This is especially useful for people with hectic schedules. The Pronto HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning team deserves a big thank you!

I was nervous about the end product, will it really be clean. Sean and HIS TEAM came to my house and WOW! Everything is clean.He walked me through it all and showed me for myself the beginning and end product. It already smells better in my house. They actually wash and vacuum the ducts. I add my vents to be cleaned and they really needed it.He is very professional and not pushy at all. He explained in detail what they were doing and what to expect. I am very satisfied.

Service was fantastic. Peter was very professional and very friendly. Definitely would recommend. He was efficient and very respectful that I had a dog. He was on time and job completed in about 1.5 hrs.

Sean was helpful and friendly and even tacked up parts of sheet metal in the basement that came loose from the joists over the years. He left our home clean inside and out. I will definitely recommend Pronto HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning to anyone looking for a great duct cleaning service.
