Paid for the $20 car wash and got the basic. Short cycle, no tricolour spray and no blow dry. This is not the first time this has happened. Have receipt and photos to prove it. I see in the reviews there are similar complaints but owner seems not to rectify. Think I will go elsewhere from now on where I get what I paid for. Answer to response: paid for most expensive wash. Had the premium wash. Literally one pass of the soap wand and one water and that was it. Sat there for a while waiting thinking something else would happen. Hate to see what you get with the basic.
