Paid for the $20 car wash and got the basic. Short cycle, no tricolour spray and no blow dry. This is not the first time this has happened. Have receipt and photos to prove it. I see in the reviews there are similar complaints but owner seems not to rectify. Think I will go elsewhere from now on where I get what I paid for. Answer to response: paid for most expensive wash. Didn’t get it - no blow dry etc so not sure how you can say system either gives correct wash or no wash at all.
Had the premium wash. Literally one pass of the soap wand and one water and that was it. Sat there for a while waiting thinking something else would happen. Hate to see what you get with the basic.
Convenient and efficient
I use the touch free car wash today as I have done this many times before. Paid $20 for the ultimate wash. It didn't clean under my car and normally it sprays some rainbow coloured stuff on my car which did not happen this time. It also did not dry my car like normal. Not good enough. I expect to get what I pay for. Your response is terrible. I know what I paid for and I can show you the transaction on my banking app. The question is what are you going to do about it.
Brought the premium car wash on the touch free service plus with the extras ($28). Left spots on all windows and roof.
