I was impressed from the time I spoke to an employee of Pronto right through the entire process. The cars are well maintained, drive beautifully and the prices are very fair. I’m looking forward to renting another car from Pronto.

I was super satisfied with the cars that they had given me and the customer service was great. The name really brings out the services and speed of getting me a new car if it broke down. I’d rent from them again if I needed to!

I just returned my rental and I’m satisfied with the process from beginning to end it was straightforward and no hassle at all. My car broke down so I contacted them a day in advance and a vehicle was made available right away. Reasonable prices and good customer service.
