Like the previous review I also was not reimbursed for the damages your company did to my stuff and I advised the worker to be cautious, that the owner took caution when I sent the second to last shipment. Oh yea and it doesn't matter what price you charge, it's still your responsibility to make sure the shipment gets there the way it was handed to the company in one piece. Since your company refused to replace the damaged then this is what happens, ya be put on blast. For $35 replacement you now don't have a $500 business.
I don't know about the appliances but the shipping part of the business please be aware. If you send and something happens to your stuff they will try to mask it up and act as if nothing happened and won't replace it. Didn't deserve that one star.
