Having purchased my wedding dress from NYC Flagship Store, I can’t believe the treatment I got as a return customer. When a asked for an appointment I was simply told there’s nothing available without listening to the fact that I am coming from another country to NYC only for one day. I am sure there’s some flexibility for customers yet the rude gentleman didn’t even bother listening.
