I had the best experience at Pronovias yesterday and I cant believe Brianna and Tessa helped me found my dress after my first dress shop I went to. After speaking to Brianna the day before, she gave me so much peace of mind because I am a super simple person. I described to Brianna how I didn’t want anything overly fancy and how I just wear leggings and shirt all day. She brought about 20 dresses and made sure I liked what I liked. Do not spend your money at Pronovias! Customer service is terrible. My wife was scheduled for her last fitting today. We drove 1h to get there, and when we arrived, they told her that the dress is not ready. No phone calls to let us know beforehand! We wasted 3h of our day for nothing. Very unprofessional and not reliable. We already had to come for an extra fitting because the previous seamstress quit and did not communicate her measurements to the store. 10/10 experience at Pronovias! Sandra helped me try on ~10 dresses with paired options for shoes, veil, and accessories. I happened to fit into a dress during their sample sale, and couldn't be happier with my dream princess dress. Highly recommend!
