Everyone was so kind at my veil appt! I brought my mom with me and my dress to see if it would fit the veil of my dream and it did! Yesenia helped us and she was SO kind- she really made the appointment special. She has so much knowledge about bridal dresses, fabrics and is a fashion student! It was such a pleasure to work with her. Their shop is beautiful and Yesenia made it an unforgettable experience!
I came to Pronovias for the quality & instead got an $800 polyester veil from Barcelona that took 2 weeks for them to ship & then an additional 13 weeks for it to sit in the store to add a blusher (another piece of polyester). Only positive is that staff is very nice. Overall- 15 weeks to get what I could’ve gotten in Downtown LA for 1/3 of the price and the same day.
Even though I didn't end up with a Pronovias gown my entire experience was so lovely and their staff was fantastic. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a custom tailored experience

Pronovias was supposed to be my first stop for wedding dress shopping, and it was my last because from the very moment I walked through the door Alexis was like a fairy godmother, an angel, and a wonderful friend all wrapped into one.
