From the moment I found my dress in June, to my final fitting in February - I was met with nothing but professionalism and excitement for my journey as a bride. I am beyond happy with the customer service provided at Pronovias Bridal store in Beverly Hills. Sarah helped me with the pre-appointment and when I got to the store, Linda, the store director, made my experience magical. Everyone was so kind at my veil appt! I brought my mom with me and my dress to see if it would fit the veil of my dream and it did! Yesenia helped us and she was SO kind- she really made the appointment special. She has so much knowledge about bridal dresses, fabrics and is a fashion student! It was such a pleasure to work with her. Their shop is beautiful and Yesenia made it an unforgettable experience!
