I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with ProNova Partners. My experience began with unsolicited outreach from the company regarding the sale of my education business — and immediately raised red flags. Every email I received came from a different domain or sender address, clearly designed to bypass spam filters and confuse recipients. I recently sold my business with the help of Terie and Rebecca at Pronova Partners. Lacking in ethics. Used a system to rotate email addresses so they couldn’t be blocked by email clients or reported as spam as they repeatedly sent unsolicited offers. Don’t work with folks who lack basic ethics in sales!

Hi Rick, I've now received multiple unsolicited emails from you, despite my initial polite request to be removed from your contact list. Not only is your information incorrect—I'm not based in the U.S., nor do I work for the company you've referenced—but your repeated follow-ups come across as intrusive and disrespectful. This isn't just aggressive marketing; it's a desperate and outdated approach that undermines trust in your company. A credible business should respect clear boundaries and honor opt-out requests promptly.

I was very apprehensive and nervous about the sale of my business especially a company that was not in my state. Rebecca Curry was extremely thoughtful and walked me through this process with care. She answered every question I had with no hesitation and showed she truly cared about my well being. After our closing of the business the new owner raved about Rebecca and how she handled herself and really stood up for me and worked her magic.
