I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or disrespected at a nail salon. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming. The owner was incredibly unprofessional and argumentative throughout my visit. When I voiced one simple concern about my service, instead of answering respectfully, he repeatedly told me to "talk to the shop camera above for proof that I’m happy" and urged me to stop the service or leave because “I didn’t know what I wanted” even after I told him I wanted to continue with the service.
