Up until today, we’ve had nothing but great experiences at Promway. We take Howie there for grooming every 2-3 weeks. Covid has changed all that. Because I am extremely high risk, my husband does the drop off/pick up. He saw two employees, neither was wearing a mask. When asked about it, the gentleman behind the counter pointed to a mask (laying on the counter) and said “I have one, it’s right there”. RecommendedKaylana & Ruger just got groomed yesterday and desperately needed it. I am so happy with the outcome and can’t believe how amazing they look, feel & smell! Jackie did an amazing job with them. My girl had a lot of matts from biting herself due to allergies. Jackie was able to get rid of all the matts & now she is so soft. My boy’s fur was messed up due to me trying to cut it myself awhile back and I thought it would just be that way forever but she fixed it and he looks great! I took my Maggie for grooming yesterday & our groomer did a excellent job. My shitzu puppy 🐶 isn’t the easiest to groom (especially her face) and after going to two other groomers I scheduled with Promway groomers and she was wonderful with her and I would highly recommend her. I will definitely schedule our next grooming appointment with them! Thanks for a wonderful job!
I’ve ever had to board any of my animals before so this was a tough decision. Once I went into Promway to meet everyone I immediately knew that is where we were going. I have a special breed of dog and Bill was the only person i spoke to (many different kennels), who knew my dogs breed, let alone know as much as he did about them! I called in through the week and was given updates and my pup adjusted very well to the kennel, I hear he even has a new girlfriend ;) I’m so glad we choose Promway!
