Had a positive experience with Steamatic when my basement flooded last year. Staff were extremely professional and friendly. I’m so happy with the services they provided and love the new floor installed. It’s so rare to come across businesses that don’t actively try to rip people off!

We had a water-line break in Nov, 2020 that caused extensive damage in our house. We chose to have Steamatic oversee the entire 3.5 month restoration project from cleanup to completion, and were extremely pleased. Brad & Jay were quick to respond to our questions, even during "off" hours, and were ever willing to share helpful advice. Sub-trades were courteous, competent and cleaned up after themselves each day. We are grateful for the fantastic people who make up the Steamatic team, and recommend them highly!!
