Excellent Service. Up to date and superb equipment and knowledge of all personnel. Most of all, a very friendly atmosphere and staff.
Love this dental office. I went in for my regular cleaning and Holly (who is a doll) was very happy with my progress. I've been working really hard at all the instructions that were given and the results showed. Yay!! Their professionalism, smiles and helpfulness is beyond any dentist office I have ever visited. They truly care about my dental health. I'm continuing on with our goals for my health. Thanks to all of them. Big hugs!!!
Use of too much aligning gel which doesn't allow the teeth to set deeper so the gum line doesn't show on a slight smile.
went in for a cleaning plus a crown had fallen off...really thought I'd need another appt to replace the crown but they took care of both in one appointment! All very professional!
I'm not only the Doctor here, I am also a patient! Holly as always did wonderful. There are many reasons why she's been with us for over three years. Obviously she's amazing!!!!
Overall, a quality, friendly location. Holly the hygienist is my favorite staff member there. She is friendly, personable, and explains what issues are going on while offering methods to correct them. Dr Chavez is also friendly and easy to talk to and you can tell he knows his stuff. My constructive feedback is the dentist (overall a great guy) could work on not being so overbearing with suggested plans for improvement. I had not been to a dentist in years. Unfortunately, I began having excruciating pain in my tooth. I made an urgent call to Spring Branch Dental because they are close and I had seen their office before when shopping nearby. They squeezed me in to their busy schedule and helped relieve my excruciating pain, took x-rays and gave me a plan of action of what needed to be done, then set an appointment within two days.
