I’ve gotten my oil changed here many times and have never had any problems. They’re fast and do a good job.
This place totaled my engine. I had to get a new car. They had been putting the wrong oil and the wrong filter in my car for my oil changes. There was metal in my engine. I had to stay at a Firestone in NH for hours while they figured all this out. I guess this happens all the time with Prompto and they are used to it. I missed work and had to get a tow truck 1.5 hours back home to my dealership. The guy at Firestone contacted Prompto DM and he sent someone to take pictures of my car.
