This place totaled my engine. I had to get a new car. They had been putting the wrong oil and the wrong filter in my car for my oil changes. There was metal in my engine. I had to stay at a Firestone in NH for hours while they figured all this out. I guess this happens all the time with Prompto and they are used to it. I have always gone to Prompto when needing an oil change. This last time we ran into an issue where some screws were not tightened enough leading my oil pan cover to come half off and scrape the ground and break. We called Prompto and explained the situation. They were quick at ordering the necessary parts and replaced it at their expense. Small issue was handled with care and we will continue to do business with them!
