Long line, but mechanics were moving things through quickly. Pleasant even when a customer was awful.
Fast and easy, I did not buy the wipers they are cheaper at Walmart
Whoever the district manager is you are a joke and shouldn't be in a position of power. Can't give a person 30 days on a job to prove themself and say you wanted them fired soon as they started on top of you screwed him out of the location he was to start at from the beginning. I'll never recommend anyone bring a vehicle to your business ever for your actions!
I’ve gone here for three years with all my vehicles with no issue. Today one of the techs strips the threads on the oil pan plug. They tell me they’ll replace it no charge. Sounds fair, no big deal. Then the manager comes to tell me it will actually cost $5… You are the only ones touching this bolt and stripped it! I hope the $5 was worth losing me, and my three other vehicles, as a customer. This is 100% a stupid short sighted decision of the manager. I feel bad for the techs that have to put up with that kind of leadership... read more
