My husband and I noticed oil leaking on our driveway, so we took our car to a mechanic to have it looked at, only to be told that the oil leak was definitely caused from our last oil change. That is, the Service Technician at Prompto in Sanford (where we always get oil changes) didn’t seal the drain plug properly. Now my driveway has bad oil stains, and had to pay my mechanic a fee only to discover that the leak was from Prompto’s careless oil change. The slowest prompto I've ever been at....Over 30min per car Service was kind and courteous but ridiculously slow.
