Oil change was quick and efficient. Did the service step by step and filled out washer fluid with rainx for a extra charge, and it took the whole jug. Great service for a great price, and fast.
Good service & reasonable price
sat sept 20 i went to the concord nh store and asked the manager for a $55 oil change, after he charged me $70 for a oil change. i told him I asked for the $55 ,oh I am sorry. he said he did the mistake, but i had to pay for it. not a happy camper! need a management overhaul cause the reviews i have been reading are not good. i would give a lower rateing if i was allowed to. on the 29th, The management has come good for this mishap and I hope that it doesn't happen again. I really appreciate the prompt response. Thanks.
We have been here on numerous occasions with both our vehicles. Today was an awful experience!! My husband told Bill Heow we wanted the 55.00 oil change! Bill looked at the previous oil change in the meantime and decided to give us and charge us for the 71.00 we got prior. When he came back to get payment he told us 71.00 and my husband told him he asked for the 55.00 oil change as he specified at the start.
