3 stars for excess cost after technician error and poor follow through on management/corporate's part with failure to make it right. Service itself was fine in the moment and usually is. My point with this review being - Pay attention for leaks after using their service, as they surely aren't going to make it right if they mess up and cost you far more money - Last time I used them, the technician didn't secure the oil filter so there was a slow leak that over time progressed and became problematic. Don’t come to this place they messed up my vehicle my husband came for an oil change and they didn’t do the job right. The oil was leaking everywhere and I got the engine light on right away after they messing up with my car.

The 2 stars are for the employees who consistently go above and beyond to accommodate customers. They were professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to help resolve the situation. The missing 3 stars are for the manager who was on duty today. Unfortunately, customer service and leadership were nowhere to be found.
