Speedy service overall. Busy location. Customers shouldn't have to ask or pay extra for basic services, but that is the case here. Topping off fluids and checking air in tires for example should ɓe automatically done and not an added cost. Fast service. Pleasant staff. Prices have gone up a lot here, unfortunately. They are the same price as other places now, but they are usually a little quicker.
prompto was my regular pit stop for engine oil change. Prices are reasonable. Everyone will get 10 point check list during 10min oil change (based on the queue it will take more time). I got tyres air pressure checked (upon request). I recommend Prompto for oil change.
I love this place they get my oil change done super fast there's people underground that finish it. And they wash your windshield they check your air filter they check all your fluids, they're not pushy about up charges which I appreciate. This is the only place I come for my oil changes
I've heard horror stories about oil change places that will upsell you out the wazoo, Prompto actually told me my air filter still had some life in it.
