Always check things out yourself after getting serviced. The Broadway store is under better management now but in times past they have over filled my vehicle oil twice, amd stripped the bolt on my oil pan costing me $600.00 in repairs.
When a Valvoline messed up my wife’s oil filter change, these gentlemen fixed it up quickly and free of charge - true professionals!
On Tuesday, the 15th I had gotten into town later than planned. My warning sign that said, Oil filter and maintenance came up. I worried because I had just driven 3 hours for a concert in town. I arrived at this Prompto minutes before closing and the staff could not have been more helpful. Turns out my miles for a new oil change had been set incorrectly.
