Got my last oil change here. I went to change my oil today myself about a month later and I'm pissed. Metal shielding covering the oil filter and drain plug was completely gone. Drained oil, and went to take the oil filter off and they overtightened it extremely. Tried using an oil filter wrench but it was tightened to the extent that it completely tore the oil filter apart and still didn't come off. I've had multiple changes at different prompto locations in between doing my own and I've never had this issue. I don't see ho... read more
