Fast and professional!
Manager here named Todd Phillips, asked me to switch lanes while I was next in line. No problem. Until 3 other cars get pushed through the line I was just in, with no one coming out and trying to give me service. Sat here for 40 minutes, and when I finally get in the bay and mention something. Todd refuses to do an oil change on my car. Do jot go here. Service might be OK (i wouldn't know), but the manager should not be in charge.
