I called to identify my need and was told to come to the clinic. I was quite ill and was seen within a half hour. I was able to obtain my meds at the attached pharmacy. The reception area was clean, the reception staff were pleasant, and the doctor was very engaging and efficient. Thank you for making a difficult time much easier.
Needed to get vaccine booster shots for an international student. I called ahead to check if they have the vaccines, they encouraged me to come asap and we were out within 30 minutes. I felt that was exceptional service!
I went to the clinic this morning early around 8.30 am on a Sunday in St Catherine’s, Ontario. I waited only about 20 minutes to see a doctor. The process was smooth and professional. The receptionist very friendly and polite..Dr Jayawardene who saw me was kind, friendly, put me at ease and took the time to explain to me my diagnosis, answer my questions and what the options were moving forward.
