Merline was excellent she was fast delivering our supplies and very great instructor as well
Merline is a fantastic RT from prompt care who has been helping my husband obtain the new respiratory equipment he requires. She always makes sure we both understand how to operate the new items before leaving our house. She always goes above and beyond for her patients.
My husband had an issue with his CPAP machine at 1:00 a.m., which was very stressful, especially in the middle of the night. Thankfully, Merline responded right away and came out that same night with a replacement machine. Her prompt response truly made all the difference for us. Merlin is awesome easy to get along with an to talk to love her she's a keeper
I’ve had to reach out to PromptCare on several different occasions and Merline has such great communication and she is very knowledgeable. She also cares about the clients she visits and ensures they have the proper equipment. She explains new settings/how to use new equipment clearly.
