The job was not completed to the standard promised. There were still visible issues after the work was supposedly finished, and the overall workmanship looked rushed. When I raised concerns, responses were slow and lacked any real effort to properly resolve the problems.
On top of that, the final cost ended up being higher than initially discussed, with little transparency about the added charges. For a company that claims to be reliable and efficient, the service fell well below expectations. I would not recommend and won’t be using them again.

I had my second story roof converted from tiles to tin, in the middle of winter. The guys at Prompt patiently managed the job during dry spells, to ensure there was no damage to the ceilings. The craftsmanship of the finish product is first rate, the new roof looks fantastic (just ask the rest of the street) Definitely recommend. Thanks Prompt
we recently had to replace our old tile roof , so we got a few roofing people in to give us advice and a quote . Jon was one of those people , and he was very knowledgable and he explained everything to us in a way we could understand . he was not the cheapest quote , but we felt he was the man for the job ! and we were right ! the guy''s that came were very good , and nice people . the job was completed in just over a week ,and it looks great , i would highly recommend Prompt Roofing ! very happy !
