John was selected as one of 4 options from the court to help sell a home owned by 2 parties. It’s quite clear why he was chosen of the 4 options as he was the only one willing to bend the rules to favor the other party. He overpriced the home by 50k and refused to budge and only catered to the other owners demands. He took 2 months to put professional pics which on top of the ridiculous price devalued the home during the peak spring season.
