Hospital hooked us up with Promptcare and they could care less of anything, and they think theyre the only ones, and nobody can compete, and that gives them the right to terrible attitude, Thank God that's not the case, I've finally managed to switch to a company called Pinnacle a warm and caring company and is fully equipped and are really PROMPT in everything, unlike promptcare which had the very worst customer service, both in house and when calling them. STAY AWAY FROM PROMPTCARE!³
I have worked with this company for 7 years. Staff members are always helpful. They are very patient and understanding. They go up and beyond to make sure every and any issue are resolved In a timely manner.
