Prompt, Friendly, Low-Cost Health Care Prompt Family Care is a general health care facility that accepts appointments or walk-ins. I have used them for my primary health needs for more nearly two years. The staff is comprised of nurse practitioners overseen by a family physician. I can always get an appointment when I need one, and the service there is very friendly. They refer me to specialists or for tests as needed. They are also great with children! disapointed mother I took my 2-year-old daughter in on a Tuesday and got her diagnosis back on Friday. She had a uti caused by e-coli. The nurse assured me that she was going to call in a prescription as soon as she hung up from me. I went to the drug store that I told her to call it into an hour later and there was no prescription. I even checked other pharmacies in the area in case they got confused still nothing. Today is the following Friday and still nothing has been called in. Prompt Family Care I have been going to Prompt Family Care for several years now. I feel that the Nurse Practitioners there are very capable. They always have the time to answer any questions, and offer an explanation for any concerns. Ms. Sawicki, who is there now, has helped me tremendously with not only my blood pressure and diabetes, but with weight loss, and I have only seen her 3 times.
