My nephew was a patient there, he's on wheelchair & i saw the empathy & compassion in how patients were treated, very good care & now my nephew moved to Selma, ca so he doesn't go to this one anymore
No matter what you will always wait until at least two hours after your scheduled appointment time here. And you won’t be given instructions such as “get labs” prior to simple injection visits.- if they were the only doctors in Fresno I’d willfully just die. Dr. Howard is actually amazing but her office is so bad at scheduling and literally everything else that it makes it unbearable.
Be polite and respectful to all staff (common sense goes a long way) staff here does an excellent job attending to patients.
