Great experience, had me in and out in a jif. While I won't post what I was there for, it was handled with care and received the attention my situation needed. Rachel made me feel very relaxed and heard in an anxiety filled situation I was going through. Getting her reassurance, advice and care went a very long way for me both mentally and physically. I arrived at approximately 12:30 p.m. and waited nearly 30 minutes to be seen at urgent care, only to be turned away due to alleged overcapacity. While I understand that patient volume can impact service availability, the handling of this situation was both unprofessional and concerning. I am visiting from out of state and needed timely medical attention. Refusing patients after 1pm has to be the most unhelpful thing you could’ve possibly done I come in having chest pains, uncontrollable vomiting, seeking some help just to find out that I won’t be getting any prompt care isn’t very prompt when they don’t even See the people who need help
