Great experience, had me in and out in a jif. While I won't post what I was there for, it was handled with care and received the attention my situation needed. Rachel made me feel very relaxed and heard in an anxiety filled situation I was going through. Getting her reassurance, advice and care went a very long way for me both mentally and physically. I arrived at approximately 12:30 p.m. and waited nearly 30 minutes to be seen at urgent care, only to be turned away due to alleged overcapacity. While I understand that patient volume can impact service availability, the handling of this situation was both unprofessional and concerning. I am visiting from out of state and needed timely medical attention. Always quick whenever I or my children need to be seen. Staff actually care and listens! Rooms are always clean, High recommended!
Their website shouldn’t say they accept their last patient at 1 pm, it should say “we accept patients till 1 pm or till our patient limit has been reached, whichever comes first” wildly misleading, then you go to the ER and the ER wants to know why you didn’t try the walk in first.
Wow! The attentiveness and care was outstanding! Rachael was fabulous and the MA's were very sweet and efficient. Front desk staff, Brittney was also very helpful and thorough.
