They charge you one thing at the end of your service, but then bill you for moure things after you leave???????? Then blame it on the staff. patient beware!!!!!
I arrived at Prompt Care at 5:40 this evening. They close at 6:00 p.m. and refused to let me be seen. Does that make sense?

took my husband there because he had a spider bite on the back of his head that was very nasty. the nurse practioner said well idk what it is but I'm going to give u a shot of steroids and an antibiotic for u to take for 10 days. like seriously? clearly it's a spider bite! Then we found out later by one of our work friends who's an EMT said that it was a brown recluse spider bite! um hello those bites can kill u! he had a bald spot on the back of his head for months, then the hair finally grew back and u can still tell where... read more
The nurse put the blood pressure cuff on my arm upside down.
We tried taking my 10 month old in at 7:15 and they said too bad, they close in 45 minutes I will have to go to the ER. I asked why they were open until 8 and was told that is only for tb and drug test patients, not for sick children. I guess the providers here don't like to actual provide adequate healthcare to our community. But don't worry Dr. Karims walk in clinic takes patients up until 8 regardless of why you are there!! They were great and sounded shocked that we were told to go to the ER by another clinic! They are v... read more
